What was the highlight of Impiana KLCC Hotel
The room had a big walk-in closet.
The room had a big walk-in closet. The room had a nice view of KLCC towers. Breakfast had the option of having it on the 1st floor with a bigger choice of Asian food, and 15th floor with more European style breakfast.
When was booking room, the price didn't include extra Tourism tax 10 MYR/day/person, which hotel charged, and that's why our business travel budget got exceeded.

Our stay there was just ok.
We like the location of the hotel. It is very accessible to go KLCC and Pavilion using the bridge.
It was my wife birthday during our check in day, did ask if there are any complimentary cake to surprise my wife but staff did not acknowledge it unlike other hotel we stayed before in that area. Secondly the bed not that firm and pillows was way too soft.

Yeah well, okay lahh
The location is very good
It’s old style hotel. During our stay, we had problems with the room cleaning service. When we came back at night, we found the room wasn’t cleaned. Yes, we mistakenly turned on the ‘Do Not Disturb’ light. But, strangely, our towels was taken out and NOT changed. The bed wasn’t cleaned. They said, the staff did get into the room, then realised about the ‘do not disturb’ sign, so he/she left the room. This is sooo strange.
